Desired Profile: Should be a Graduate / MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience
Role
  • Excellent in Talent Acquisition – hiring candidates – ensuring business needs for hiring are met – must have experience in hiring at multiple levels – must have experience in hiring from various platforms like Linkedin, indeed, apna, work India, Internshala, etc.
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires
  • Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Role

Must participate in the management & coordination of activities of the specific subject.

Job Location: Hyderabad
Should be a Graduate with excellent communication skills. Must possess the required skills to handle front office operations.
Role
  • She/he shall be responsible for handling inquiries of all mode email, walk-ins, adv. replies, etc., maintain a record of students, manage front office operations, ensure the documentation of the enrolment process, assist in admin and marketing functions.
